📌 Speaker Guidelines – Before Abstract Submission

2. Prepare Your Abstract

- – Keep within the word limit specified (refer to sample).
3. Submission Requirements
- – Abstract must be submitted online through the official abstract submission page.
- – Ensure your abstract is original, not previously published/presented elsewhere.
4. Complete All Information
- – Include all authors and affiliations.
- – Provide accurate contact details for the presenting author.
5. Pay the Review Fee
- – After submission, pay the mandatory abstract review fee as soon as possible — your abstract will only be reviewed once payment is confirmed.
6. Follow Formatting and Upload Guidelines
- – Use the abstract sample provided on the conference site to format title, sections, and layout correctly.
7. Plan Ahead
- – Submit well before the abstract deadline to avoid last-minute issues.

3. Registration

4. Prepare Your Presentation
- – Work on your slides and talk structure based on the accepted abstract topic.
- – Use a professional and accessible design for slides (large fonts, clear figures).
5. Submit Presentation Materials

- – Ensure your PPT matches your poster content, is visually clear, and is readable on-screen.
Onsite Poster Presentation
1. Setup
- ✔ Arrive early to set up your poster.
- ✔ Bring all materials needed (poster print, push pins, etc.).
- ✔ Your poster should fit within the conference’s poster board dimensions.
2. Presentation Time
- ✔ During the scheduled session, presenters will have dedicated time to explain their posters and interact with attendees.

1. Registration & Confirmation
