Conference Registration Guidelines
- Start Time & Location: Registration opens at 8:00 AM on April 2, 2026 the online/virtual conference.
- Materials Provided: You will receive your digital ID badge and the full conference program via email after check-in.
- Questions: For assistance during the event, contact the designated online organizer.
- Payment: Registration fees can be paid in advance or in cash (if applicable) to the on-site representative. Please confirm your participation by email beforehand and request the organizer’s name.
Speaker & Poster Presentation Guidelines
- Know Your Audience: Review attendee demographics to match your content to their expertise and interests.
- Effective Slides: Use clear visuals—graphs, images, concise text—with large fonts and high contrast.
- Structure & Practice: Present with a clear introduction, body, and conclusion. Rehearse to refine timing and delivery.
- Submission Deadline: Upload all presentation materials (slides, videos, etc.) by the deadline provided by UCGConferences.
- Format & Backup: Presentations must be in PowerPoint and compatible with the conference platform. Keep a backup on a USB drive or in cloud storage.
- Arrival: Log in at least 30 minutes before the session
- Biography: Provide a short bio—including name, title, affiliation, and key achievements—for the session chair.
- Engagement: Encourage questions, maintain eye contact with the camera, and use gestures or movement to keep the audience involved.
- Language & Timing: Present in English. Speakers have 20–25 minutes; plan for 20 minutes to allow introductions and Q&A. Poster presenters have 15 minutes, with a 10-minute talk plus questions.
- Program Changes: Note that minor schedule adjustments may occur.
Virtual Presentation Guidelines
- Event Dates: The virtual conference runs April 2–4, 2026.
- Remote Access: Present from anywhere via our secure online platform.
- Meeting Link: Registered attendees will receive a personalized user ID and access link before the event.
- Early Login: Join the virtual room 30 minutes early to avoid last-minute technical issues.
- Presentation Length: Prepare a 17–19 minute talk within the 20–25 minute slot to allow for introductions and Q&A.
- Screen Sharing: Have your slides open and ready to share.
- Recorded Option: If you prefer to submit a pre-recorded talk, send the video and PowerPoint at least 10 days before April 2, 2026.
Certification Guidelines
- Certificates Issued: Each participant receives a delegate certificate signed by the organizing committee.
- Accuracy: Names and affiliations are printed from our records; request corrections at least one month before the conference.
- Distribution: Certificates are emailed during or immediately after sessions—please remain online until your session ends.
- E-Certificates: Digital copies will be sent within 2–3 business days after the event.
- Co-Authors: Only attending co-authors are eligible for certificates.
