Abstract Review Mandatory Fee (for Speakers and Poster presenters):

1. Abstract Review Fee: This fee is mandatory for all speakers and poster presenters. It must be paid immediately after submitting your abstract.
2. Review Process: Your abstract will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee and Editorial Board Members, but this will only happen once the review fee has been paid.
3. Acceptance & Next Steps: If your abstract is successfully reviewed and accepted (and any requested edits are made), you’ll receive an Abstract Acceptance Letter. Afterward, you can proceed with the registration process for the event.

• If you are unable to attend in person, you have two alternative options:
• Transfer your registration to the next edition of the conference.
• Convert your participation to virtual (online) attendance for the current event.
